Furniture Handler & Assembly Technician (P/T)

We are looking for a mechanically inclined, self-starter to join The Treasure Place at Smucker Village team as a part-time Furniture Handler & Assembly Technician.

This job is for approximately 20-30 hours per week, Monday, Friday & Saturday required. Flexibility the rest of the week. Applicant must be able to lift 50+ lbs and have a driver’s license. Forklift certified a plus, but not required. Knowledge of how to operate power tools preferred. Must be able to work independently and have good attention to detail.

Responsibilities Include:

• Safely and efficiently load & move furniture

• Assemble and disassemble various types of furniture, ensuring precision and attention to detail

• Unbox product and organize as needed

• Maintain grounds by using leaf blower, pressure washer, and other power tools

• Assist Sales Associates

• Assist the GM, Staging Manager, and Owner as needed
