Frequently Asked Questions
DO YOU OFFER SHIPPING/DELIVERY ON FURNITURE AND DECOR?
Please refer to our Shipping page for information regarding shipping, delivery, and local pick-up of furniture. At this time, we are unable to ship decor. Decor can only be purchased in-store or via phone.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Because the majority of our items are custom made and uniquely designed, we are not able to offer returns. We do guarantee your satisfaction and will do everything we can to ensure your piece is quality-crafted to your specifications. If you have questions about a product, please contact us!
WILL MY BARNWOOD ITEM BE EXACTLY AS PICTURED?
No. The photos in our online shop are a representation of what your actual piece will look like. Because our furniture and tables are crafted from barnwood that is over 100 years old, each piece will have its very own character, beauty, and patina that is a reflection of age and weather. Each piece is a unique creation — no two pieces are exactly alike. When you purchase a barnwood piece, you will truly have something that’s one-of-a-kind!
HOW LONG WILL MY BARNWOOD ORDER TAKE?
Barnwood orders typically take 16-18 weeks to be handcrafted. Please allow additional time for shipped orders.
WHY DO YOU SELL BARNWOOD TABLE TOPS & BASES SEPARATELY?
After selling thousands of barnwood tables over the years, we’ve found that buying a table is a very creative process. Our Create A Table model allows you to choose from hundreds of different table top and base combinations, giving you the maximum ability to customize the look of your table to fit your personal style and needs. Each barnwood table is a truly unique creation, a reflection of each one of our customers. Our tables will be an heirloom you can cherish for years to come.
WHAT MAKES OUR BARNWOOD TABLE TOPS UNIQUE?
Our barnwood table tops start at 1.5 inches thick and increase in thickness from there. Other barnwood table tops are typically 3/4 - 1 inch thick. We find that a thicker top creates a sturdier and more aesthetically appealing table. Our goal is to offer our customers only the absolute highest-quality barnwood tables — locally made, right here in Lancaster County, PA by talented Amish craftsmen.
HOW MANY SEATS WILL FIT AROUND MY TABLE?
When determining seating, consider not only the table size, but also the base or leg style and placement as well as the chair width and leg style. Please refer to our Barnwood Table Seating Guide for recommendations on seating configurations.
WHAT IF I CANNOT FIND THE EXACT SIZE OR STYLE I AM LOOKING FOR?
We offer many custom options on our barnwood tables — in fact, too many to list on our site. If you are looking for a particular size or finish, or want to create a unique piece to fit your needs, our barnwood specialists is happy to help you design the perfect barnwood piece.
